Sutton Contracting Solutions offers the highest quality moisture barrier installation available.  We are certified to install Tyvek Weatherization systems, Typar Housewrap, Fortifiber Weathersmart, Greenguard and DOW Weathermate plus products. 

All installations are performed according to each manufacturer’s specifications and includes brand specific UV resistant seam and seal tape and button cap mechanical fasteners.  We offer complete moisture barrier envelope packages for the ultimate in moisture protection.  The envelope package includes the material of your choice with the corresponding brand seam and seal tape.  In addition, we install “Quick Flash” panels to seal all exterior penetrations through the plywood or OSB that are created for plumbing pipes or electrical conduit. Each framed window opening is covered on the sill with pan flashing that extends up 6” on each side.  Once the windows are installed, Sutton Contracting makes a return trip to install the remaining part of the window flashing system.
